Travel Time Now Works with Outlook Calendar

One less reason to be late

For a long time Travel Time only worked with Google Calendar. That's still where it shines, and where most of our users are — but a lot of you live in Outlook all day for work. So we added it.

Sign in with your Microsoft account and Travel Time watches your Outlook calendar for events with a location, then automatically blocks realistic travel time before and after them — calculated with Google Maps routing, in your preferred travel mode. No manual entry, no guessing.

A quick note on recurring events

Recurring events are fully supported on Google Calendar today. On Outlook, recurring event support is coming soon — every other feature above works right now. Google Calendar remains our most complete integration, and Outlook is catching up fast.

How to get started

Head to the home page and choose Sign in with Microsoft (or stick with Google — both are right there). Grant calendar access, and your travel time starts showing up automatically. It's a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
